  1. Right Front Seat Temperature Sensor -G345- and Right Front Heated Seat -Z46-
    • Seat heater is not installed in all vehicles (optional equipment).
    • Vehicles with automatically regulated A/C system: activation of seat heater is displayed in measured value block of Climatronic Control Module -J255-, check using Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051 in "Guided Fault Finding" function.
    • Vehicles with manually regulated A/C system: function and activation of seat heater, check using Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051 in "Guided Fault Finding" function.
    • Seat heating, servicing, refer to Removal and Installation .
      NOTE:

      From MY 2009, as a running change, the Climatronic control module, (or control modules for seat heating) is being installed, whereby the specified temperature is set to a lower characteristic line. Refer to Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051 under "Guided Fault Finding".
