Right Front Muffler, Removing and Installing

NOTE:

Before raising the vehicle on a hoist (wheels off the ground), first activate the vehicle jack mode.

Removing

For vehicles with parking/auxiliary heater:

Remove bolts (- arrows -) for exhaust pipe of parking heater/auxiliary heater on noise insulation.

NOTE:

Decoupling element in front exhaust pipe must not be bent more than 10 , otherwise it may be damaged.

Installing

NOTE:

Tightening Specifications

Threaded connection	Tightening torques
Clamping sleeve	40 Nm
