Description & Operation
The power window system consists of control panel, 3 remote operating switches, window motor, wiring harness and connectors. Mechanical components include a regulator, carrier assembly and window hardware. See Fig 1 or Fig 2 .
The power windows can be operated at all times when ignition is in the ON position. After ignition is turned off, the power windows can be operated until either front door is opened. The control panel located in the driver's armrest operates all windows. The rear windows will operate only when the safety switch in control panel is deactivated.
All windows can be opened or closed used ignition key in door lock. Opening windows can be accomplished by holding key in unlock position until all windows are opened to desired position. Closing windows can be accomplished by holding key in lock position until all windows are closed to desired position.
