DTC 00644: Left Front EDL Switchover Valve

NOTE: DTC 00644 applies only to models with Electronic Differential Lock (EDL).
  1. Fault may be caused by the following:
    • Open, short to voltage, or short to ground in the circuits between ABS control module and hydraulic unit.
    • Faulty left front traction control switch-over valve.
  2. Perform steps 5) and 17) under CIRCUIT TESTS  . If circuit test is inconclusive, ensure related wiring and harness connectors are in good condition. If fault still exists, substitute ABS control module with known-good unit. Recheck for symptom and DTC.
