DTC 00761: DTC Stored In ECM

NOTE: DTC 00761 applies only to models with Traction Control System (TCS).

DTC 00761 indicates a malfunction is stored in Engine Control Module (ECM) that may affect Traction Control System (TCS) operation. ECM reduces engine torque during TCS operation. Service engine control system as necessary. See self-diagnostics in TESTS W/CODES article in ENGINE PERFORMANCE Section.
