Range Calibration

  1. Range calibration is only done after replacement of on-board computer. Ensure fuel gauge is adjusted. See FUEL GAUGE in this article.
  2. If gauge is set correctly, but actual calculated fuel consumption varies by more than 5 percent, set appropriate range correction adjusting microswitch. The microswitchs are located on back of instrument cluster. Numbers representing percentage are molded into plastic microswitch housing. See Fig 1 .
