Fuel Shut-Off Signal

Connect voltmeter between terminal No. 2 and 10 of the 26 pin (Brown) connector. Turn ignition on. Voltage should be zero volts. Drive vehicle, voltage should be approximately 12 volts. If voltage is not correct, repair open circuit. See appropriate chassis wiring diagram in WIRING DIAGRAMS section. If wiring is okay, replace idle stabilizer control unit.
