Speed Signal (Manual Transmission)

Connect ohmmeter between terminals No. 4 and 10 of 26 terminal (Black) connector. Place transmission in neutral, set park brake. Raise front of vehicle until wheels turn freely. Turn wheel by hand, ohmmeter should vary between 0 and Infinity. If not, repair open circuit in wiring. See appropriate chassis wiring diagram in WIRING DIAGRAMS section. If wiring is okay, replace speed sensor.
