Lower Chamber Pressure-Part I

  1. Close valve on pressure gauge. Turn on jumper (US 4480/3). Plug to differential pressure regulator must be unplugged. Differential pressure must be 2.9-7.0 psi (.2-.5 kg/cm2 ) less than measured system pressure.
  2. Disconnect lower chamber return line from diaphragm pressure regulator and hold over measuring container. Plug open connection to diaphragm pressure regulator. Turn on Jumper (US 4480/3) for 1 minute. Fuel flow must be 130-150 cc/minute.
  3. If flow quantity is correct, replace differential pressure regulator. If flow quantity is not correct, replace fuel distributor.
