Diagnostic Tools

To properly test throttle body fuel injection system, service technician must have following equipment available:

• Digital volt-ohmmeter (DVOM) or volt-ohmmeter with minimum input impedance of one megohm
• 12-volt test light, jumper wires and probes.
• Hand vacuum pump with gauge.
• Ignition timing light.
