Throttle Position Switch Adjustment
With the throttle plate assembly removed, loosen the 2 throttle position switch (TPS) attaching screws. Hold the throttle plates against the idle stop and slowly rotate the TPS in the direction of the throttle plate opening until the inner stop is felt. Tighten the attaching screws. If properly adjusted, the clicking of the microswitch in the TPS should be heard just before the stop is reached.
Turn switch until stop is felt and tighten adjusting screws.
