Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the engine covers. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

3. Disconnect the Temperature and Manifold Air Pressure (TMAP) wire harness connection (1).
4. Remove the screw (2a) and remove the TMAP sensor (2b) complete with O-ring (2c).

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the TMAP sensor complete with new O-ring and securely tighten the screw.
2. Connect the TMAP sensor wire harness connection.
3. Install the engine covers. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
