Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to MANIFOLD, INTAKE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

2. Disconnect the power cord (2) from the engine block heater.
3. Release the clip (1) and remove the engine block heater.

INSTALLATION

1. Thoroughly clean the engine block core hole and engine block heater seat.
2. Insert the engine block heater and engage the clip (1).
3. Connect the power cord (2) to the engine block heater.
4. Install the intake manifold. Refer to MANIFOLD, INTAKE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
