Removal And Installation: 2.0L

REMOVAL 

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the air outlet pipe from the turbocharger to the throttle body. Refer to COOLER AND HOSES, CHARGE AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector (1) from the ignition coil capacitor.

4. Remove the retaining nut (1a).
5. Remove the ignition coil capacitor (1b).

INSTALLATION 

1. Inspect the ignition coil capacitor and wiring harness connector integrity.

2. Position the ignition coil capacitor (1b) as shown in illustration and secure with the retaining nut (1a) tightened to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

3. Connect the wiring harness connector (1) to the ignition coil capacitor.
4. Install the air outlet pipe from the turbocharger to the throttle body. Refer to COOLER AND HOSES, CHARGE AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATIONCOOLER AND HOSES, CHARGE AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
