U3002-4A - Vehicle Identification Number - Incorrect Component Installed

The COMMUNICATION DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE MUST  be performed before replacing any component(s) or module(s). Perform the COMMUNICATION DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
