Confirmation Procedure

1. Start the engine.

2. With the brake pedal pressed, do the following operational mode of the shift five times.

• Shift the transmission to N position/mode, then to D position/mode, and wait for at least 1 second.
• Shift the transmission to N position/mode, and wait for at least 2 seconds.
• Shift the transmission to D position/mode, and wait for at least 1 second.

3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.

4. Repeat steps 1-3 five times.
