    Left/Right hood latch switch 2P connector: disconnected

    Relay control module connector C (18P): disconnected

• Procedure
• • -

    Perform the inspection according to the following table.

(Disconnected) Left hood latch switch 2P connector female terminals

(Disconnected)Relay control module connector C (18P) female terminals

Normal Conditions

HOOD_SW open wire inspection 

OFF

There is less than 1 Ohm 

Refer to the Open/Shorted Wire Inspection Description for the method to inspect the shorted circuit below, then start to inspect according to circumstances.

HOOD_SW shorted to ground inspection 

OFF

Not shorted 

(Disconnected) Right hood latch switch 2P connector female terminals

(Disconnected) Left hood latch switch 2P connector female terminals

HOOD_SW2 open wire inspection 

OFF

There is less than 1 Ohm 

SGND open wire inspection 

OFF

There is less than 1 Ohm 

Refer to the Open/Shorted Wire Inspection Description for the method to inspect the shorted circuit below, then start to inspect according to circumstances.

HOOD_SW2 shorted to ground inspection 

OFF

Not shorted 

Results 

• If abnormal, there is a problem in the circuit.
