1. Front Damper - Inspect

   Preconditions 

   • Damper/spring assembly disassembled

   Procedure/Specifications 

   1. Install the damper mounting base and the original self-locking nut.

   2. Compress the damper assembly by hand, and check for smooth operation through a full stroke, both compression and extension.

   Specifications 

   Specification
   Extends smoothly and consistently when compression is released. No oil leaks No abnormal noise

   Result 

   • If it is abnormal, replace the damper unit.
