Diagnostic Procedure

• Troubleshoot the DLC circuit - Refer to: Network Communications Symptom Troubleshooting - F-CAN BUS-OFF (CAN BUS without Connection to CAN Gateway) (3.0L Engine) or Network Communications Symptom Troubleshooting - HDS does not communicate with the vehicle or Network Communications Symptom Troubleshooting - F-CAN Lost Communication (CAN BUS with Connection to CAN Gateway) or Network Communications Symptom Troubleshooting - F-CAN BUS-OFF (CAN BUS without Connection to CAN Gateway) or Network Communications Symptom Troubleshooting - F-CAN Lost Communication (CAN BUS without Connection to CAN Gateway) or Network Communications Symptom Troubleshooting - F-CAN Lost Communication (CAN BUS with Connection to CAN Gateway) (3.0L Engine) or Network Communications Symptom Troubleshooting - B-CAN Lost Communication .
