Audio Check

These screens allow you to troubleshoot the audio function.

Select the item you want to check, and the test begins. To return to the previous screen, select the RETURN icon.

ANC Diagnostics Function

This screen allows you to change the ANC function with ON/OFF.

Speaker Check

NOTE:

Make sure the audio system is off before this diagnosis.
While doing the diagnosis, the fader and the balance positions are set to the center.

This diagnosis checks the audio speakers individually.

Select the NEXT icon or the PREV icon to check speakers. A tone should sound from the speaker.

When you select the NEXT icon, the system checks the speakers listed in order.

	Display Message	Vehicle Test Condition
	NOT_STARTED	Muting all speakers.
	FRONT_LEFT	You should hear a tone from the driver's door speaker (17 cm).
	FRONT_RIGHT	You should hear a tone from the front passenger's door speaker (17 cm).
*2	SURROUND_LEFT	You should hear a tone from the left satellite speaker.
*2	SURROUND_RIGHT	You should hear a tone from the right satellite speaker.
*3	CENTER	You should hear a tone from the front center speaker.
	SUBWOOFER	You should hear a tone from the left subwoofer and the right subwoofer.
	REAR_LEFT	You should hear a tone from the left rear door speaker.
	REAR_RIGHT	You should hear a tone from the right rear door speaker.
*3	ROOF_LEFT	You should hear a tone from the left front roof speaker.
*3	ROOF_RIGHT	You should hear a tone from the right front roof speaker.
*1	FRONT_TWEETER_LEFT	You should hear a tone from the left tweeter.
*1	FRONT_TWEETER_RIGHT	You should hear a tone from the right tweeter.
*2	ROOF_REAR_LEFT	You should hear a tone from the left rear roof speaker.

*1: A sound may leak from other speaker connecting to same lines.

*2: With 17 speakers

*3: With 17 speakers/with 13 speakers

*2	ROOF_REAR_RIGHT	You should hear a tone from the right rear roof speaker.
*1	FRONT_MIDRANGE_LEFT	You should hear a tone from the driver's door speaker (9 cm).
*1	FRONT_MIDRANGE_RIGHT	You should hear a tone from the front passenger's door speaker (9 cm).

*1: A sound may leak from other speaker connecting to same lines.

*2: With 17 speakers

*3: With 17 speakers/with 13 speakers

If no sound is heard from speaker(s), refer to appropriate Audio And Visual System Symptom Troubleshooting - Audio System Sound Is Weak Or Distorted (Display Is Normal) (With 13 Speakers) Or Audio And Visual System Symptom Troubleshooting - Audio System Sound Is Weak Or Distorted (Display Is Normal) (With 17 Speakers).
