Knock Sensor Inspection

Test Procedure 

• Preparation
  • Knock sensor 2P connector: disconnected
• Procedure
  • Perform the inspection according to the following table.

    			(Disconnected) Knock sensor 2P connector female terminals
    		IG Mode	Courtesy of HONDA, U.S.A., INC.	Normal Conditions
    	PCM output voltage inspection	ON		About 5.0 V

Results 

• If it is normal, there is a problem in the knock sensor.
• If it is abnormal, there is a problem with the related components.
