HDS Does Not Communicate With The VSA Modulator-Control Unit Or The Vehicle

Diagnostic procedure 

1. Troubleshoot the DLC circuit - Refer to: DLC Circuit Troubleshooting (L4) (2015-17), or DLC Circuit Troubleshooting (V6, Without CAN gateway) (2015-17), or DLC Circuit Troubleshooting (V6, Without SH-AWD, With CAN gateway) (2015-17), or DLC Circuit Troubleshooting (V6, With SH-AWD and CAN gateway) (2015-17), or DLC Circuit Troubleshooting (L4) (2018-19), or DLC Circuit Troubleshooting (V6, Without SH-AWD) (2018-19), or DLC Circuit Troubleshooting (V6, With SH-AWD) (2018-19) .

Also check for 

Power and ground at the VSA modulator-control unit.
