DTC: P0806: General Description
The transmission control module (TCM) determines the forward/reverse switching position of the two-way clutch from the output voltage of the two-way clutch actuator valve stroke sensor. The TCM sets the two-way clutch actuator valve stroke sensor output voltage as 2.5 V as a reference position for determination of the forward and reverse positions of the two-way clutch. It normally outputs at range of more than 0.374 V to less than 4.478 V depending on the stroke amount. If the two-way clutch actuator valve stroke sensor A output voltage is a specified range for a specified duration, the TCM detects a malfunction and stores a DTC.
