DTC U1281  : Lost Communication With MICU on BCAN

DTC (MVCS)

1. Problem verification

   -1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

   -2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.

   -3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.

   -4. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, then wait for at least 6 seconds.

   -5. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

   U1281 Lost Communication With MICU on BCAN

   Is DTC U1281 indicated?

   YES 

   Go to the multiplex integrated control system general troubleshooting . If the symptom is still present, replace the multi view camera unit .

   NO 

   Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Refer to intermittent failures troubleshooting .
