Steering Rack End Stop Position Learning: Procedure

  1. MVCI - Connect

    		 1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

    2. Connect the HDS to the data link connector (DLC) (A) located under the driver's side of the dashboard.

    3. Make sure the HDS communicates with the vehicle. If it does not communicate, go to the DLC circuit troubleshooting

  2. Steering Rack End Stop Position - Learn
    1. Park the vehicle on a flat and level surface, with the steering wheel in the straight ahead position.

    2. Select the ADJUSTMENT from the EPS menu with the HDS, then enter the STEERING END POSITION LEARNING, and follow the screen prompts.
