Door Lock Knob Switch Test (2013-17): Test

Front Door

Front Door Panel - Remove

1. Remove the front door panel - Refer to: Front Door Panel Removal and Installation (2013-17), or Front Door Panel Removal and Installation(With BSI Alert Indicator) (2016-17) .

Front Door Lock Knob Switch - Test

Driver's Door

Front Passenger's Door

Disconnect the front door latch connector.
Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table.
If the continuity is not as specified, the front door lock knob switch is faulty; replace the front door latch (A).
Connect the front door latch connector.

Front Door Panel - Install

1. Install the front door panel - Refer to: Front Door Panel Removal and Installation (2013-17), or Front Door Panel Removal and Installation(With BSI Alert Indicator) (2016-17) .

Rear Door

Rear Door Panel - Remove

1. Remove the rear door panel .

Rear Door Lock Knob Switch - Test

Left and Right Rear Door

Disconnect the rear door latch connector.
Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table.
If the continuity is not as specified, the rear door lock knob switch is faulty; replace the rear door latch (A).
Connect the rear door latch connector.

Rear Door Panel - Install

1. Install the rear door panel .
