Keyless/Power Door Locks/Security System Tripped Sensor Recall (2013-17)

The security system stores information on the last tripped sensor if the security system has been actuated. The information can be retrieved using the HDS.
To retrieve the last tripped sensor data, do this:
1. Select HISTORY DATA from the SECURITY MODE MENU
2. Scroll through the data list.
- Sensors that were actuated will indicate DETECT.
- Sensors that were not actuated will indicate NONE.
3. Inspect the DETECT circuit for:
- Misadjusted or damaged switch.
- Loose or corroded connections.
- Intermittent short to ground.
NOTE:
If PANIC FRAME RECEPTION is indicated ON, inform the client that it could have been set by something pressing the panic button of one of the registered remotes (in a pocket or purse, under a stack of papers, etc.).
