Immobilizer indicator does not come on:

If the immobilizer indicator does not come on after pressing the engine start/stop button to select the ON mode, there is an open or short in the F-CAN lines between the PCM and the gauge control module. Watch the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL). If the MIL stays on, go to PGM-FI System troubleshooting - Refer to: How to Troubleshoot the Fuel and Emissions Systems (2013-15), or How to Troubleshoot the A/T System (2013-15) .
