Valve Stem-to-Guide Clearance Inspection (2013-15): Inspection

  1. Valve - Remove
      1. Remove the valves .
  2. Valve - Inspect
      1. Inspect the valves .
  3. Valve Stem to Guide Clearance - Inspect
    Standard (New):  0.020-0.045 mm (0.00079-0.00177 in)
    Service Limit:  0.08 mm (0.0031 in) 
    Standard (New):  0.055-0.080 mm (0.00217-0.00315 in)
    Service Limit:  0.11 mm (0.0043 in)

  4. Valve - Install
      1. Install the valves .
