Fuel Fill Door Lock Actuator Test/Replacement

Open the tailgate, then remove the left rear side trim panel (see TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - TAILGATE AREA ).
Remove the two nuts, and disconnect the 2P connector (A) from the fuel fill door lock actuator (B).

Check actuator operation by connecting power and ground according to the table. To prevent damage to the actuator, apply battery voltage only momentarily.

If the actuator does not operate as specified, replace it.
Install the actuator in the reverse order of removal.
