KM Status
When you select XM (HIP) Status in the XM (HIP) System Link, the XM Status screen is displayed.
You can check the XM status in this screen.

ERROR MESSAGE TABLE

| Cannot access the HDD due to excessive heat. Please wait until the system cools down. | This message appears briefly when the audio-navigation unit temperature is too high, and then the display turns off until the temperature cools down. The system turns back on when the audio-navigation unit cools down. |
| Cannot write to the HDD due to the low temperature. Please wait until the system warms up. | The temperature is too low and the audio-navigation unit has difficulties reading the HDD. The system starts up when the temperature warms up. |
| Cannot access the HDD due to low atmospheric pressure. Navigation and HDD audio functions are disabled. The system will restart when atmospheric pressure is OK. | The atmospheric pressure is below 9 psi (62.29 kPa). This message appears, and after a few seconds, the system shuts down automatically. When the atmospheric pressure returns to a normal, the system reboots. |
| Cannot access HDD. Please contact your dealer. | This message appears when the system detects the HDD is not connected or there is a HDD connecting error. If the audio-navigation unit was replaced, make sure the HDD was transferred to the new unit. The HDD data management area (file system) is damaged or the password is incorrect. Check any official Honda service website for more service information about the navigation system. |
| The HDD is not connected. Please check the connection. | |
| There is no application program. Please visit your dealer when possible. | This message appears when the HDD generation and application program version are not interactive and an application program cannot start up. Check any official Honda service website for more service information about the navigation system. |
| The display temperature is too high! For protection, the display will shut down. | This message appears briefly when the display temperature is too high, and then the display turns off until the temperature cools down. The system turns back on when the display cools down. |
