DTC B1807: Power Seat Control Unit Lost Communication with MICU (DOOR SWITCH Message)

NOTE:
- If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A (see TROUBLESHOOTING - B-CAN SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS TEST MODE A ).
- Make sure you have the latest software on the HDS before troubleshooting.
- Turn the ignition switch ON (II) and clear the DTCs with the HDS.
- Turn the ignition switch OFF, and then back ON (II).
- Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC B1807 indicated?
YES - Go to step 4.
NO - Intermittent failure. The driving position memory system is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections and pin fit at the power seat control unit connector, at the MICU connector. Check the battery condition, battery cable connections, and ground G601.
- Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Are DTCs B1057, B1105 and/or B1159 also indicated?
YES - Do the MICU input test (see MICU INPUT TEST ).
NO - Do the power seat control unit input test (see POWER SEAT CONTROL UNIT INPUT TEST ).
