Driver's Power Seat Motor Test

Remove the driver's seat (see FRONT SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )
Disconnect the connector from each power seat motor
NOTE: All connectors are terminal side of male terminals

Test each motor by connecting power and ground according to the table When the motor stops running, disconnect battery power immediately

If the motor does not run or fails to run smoothly, replace

Slide motor (see FRONT SEAT SLIDE MOTOR REPLACEMENT )
Front up-down motor (see FRONT SEAT UP-DOWN MOTOR REPLACEMENT )
Rear up-down motor (see REAR UP-DOWN MOTOR - DRIVER'S SEAT )
Recline motor (see FRONT SEAT RECLINE MOTOR REPLACEMENT )
