Never touch the DownLoad button unless instructed by the factory. Doing so can overwrite a never version of the software with an older version from the DVD.
In the screen below, touching DownLoad would erase the newer factory installed flash version (0.99.20) and install an older version (0.99.08) from the navigation DVD. This can result in system malfunctions, or create other issues that may inconvenience your client.
