Countershaft Bearing Replacement

Special Tools Required

Adjustable bearing puller, 45-75 mm 07YAC-0010100
Attachment, 72 x 75 mm 07746-0010600
Driver 07749-0010000
Slide hammer, 3/8"-16 UNF commercially available

Remove the bearing set plate (A) from the clutch housing (B).

Remove the needle bearing (A) from the clutch housing (B) using the 45-75 mm adjustable bearing puller (C) and a commercially available 3/8"-16 UNF slide hammer (D).

Install the new needle bearing (A) using the driver (B) and 72 x 75 mm attachment (C).

Install the bearing set plate (A) with bolts (B).
