DTC B1613: Keyless Access Control Unit Lost Communication with Driver's MPCS Unit (DOOR SW Message); DTC B1614: Keyless Access Control Unit Lost Communication with Driver's MPCS Unit (DRLOCKSW Message); DTC B1615: Keyless Access Control Unit Lost Communication with Driver's MPCS Unit (ASLOCKSW Message)
- Clear the DTCs with the HDS.
- Touch the door outer handle switch to lock the door.
- Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC B1613, B1614, and/or B1615 indicated?
YES - Go to step 4.
NO - Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections.
- Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Are DTCs B1013, B1014, B1015, B1064, B1065, B1181, B1182, B1405*, B1406*, B1407*, and B1811 also indicated? (* : '05-06 models)
YES - Do the driver's MPCS unit input test (see DRIVER'S MPCS UNIT INPUT TEST ).
NO - Replace the keyless access control unit.
