Modulator-Control Unit: Installation
- Install the ABS modulator-control unit so aligning the flat section of the mounting bolt and site of the bracket, then tighten the two 6 mm nuts.
- Align the connecting surface of the ABS control unit 25P connector. See Fig 1
.
- Push the lock of the ABS control unit 25P connector in until you hear a sound, then connect the connector. See Fig 2
.
- Bleed the brake system, starting with the front wheels.
- Start the engine, check that the ABS indicator goes off.
- Test-drive the vehicle, check that the ABS indicator does not come on.
