3.2CL & 3.2TL

Turn ignition switch on. Using scan tool, check TP sensor. If throttle position is 13.7 percent when throttle is fully opened, problem is intermittent. System is okay at this time. If throttle position reading is not as specified, replace TP sensor (on 3.2TL, replace throttle body).
