DTC P1106: Barometric Pressure Sensor Range/Performance Problem

NOTE: Barometric Pressure (BARO) sensor us located inside PCM and is not available separately.

Perform PCM reset procedure. See PCM RESET PROCEDURE/CLEARING DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. Start engine and run at 3000 RPM, with no load (in park or neutral) until radiator fan comes on. Allow engine to idle. Test drive vehicle with transmission in "2" position. Accelerate for 5 seconds using Wide Open Throttle (WOT). If temporary DTC P1106 does not reset, problem is intermittent. System is okay at this time. If temporary DTC P1106 resets, substitute known-good PCM, then recheck. If symptom or indication goes away, replace original PCM.
