Set/Resume/Cancel Switch Test
- Carefully remove the set/resume/cancel switch cover by prying up on the cover and the switch in the sequence shown. See Fig 1.
- Remove the 2 screws, then remove the switch. See Fig 1.
- Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the figure. See Fig 2. If there is continuity and it matches the table, but switch failure occurred on the cruise control unit input test, check and repair the wire harness on the switch circuit. If there is no continuity in one or both positions, replace the switch.
