Heater Unit: Installation
To install, reverse removal procedure. Apply sealant to heater case grommets. Loosen bleeder screw on water outlet (where upper radiator hose is connected to engine). Fill radiator and coolant reservoir until no bubbles come out of bleeder screw. Connect all cables and ensure they are properly adjusted. See AIR MIX CABLE and HEATER VALVE CABLE under ADJUSTMENTS.
