Connecting Rod Bolt Inspection

Measure diameter of each connecting rod bolt at points "A" and "B" as shown. See Fig 1. Calculate difference in diameter between measurement at point "A" and point "B". If difference exceeds .004" (.10 mm), replace connecting rod bolt.
