Brake Switch
Disconnect brake switch 4-pin connector. With brake pedal depressed, continuity should exist between switch terminals No. 2 and 3. See Fig 1 . With brake pedal released, continuity should exist between switch terminals No. 1 and 4. If continuity is not as specified adjust brake pedal height and recheck brake switch operation. See appropriate BRAKES article. If brake pedal height is okay, replace brake switch.
