Ignition Coil

Remove ignition coil. Check continuity between primary coil terminals "A" and "B". Resistance should be 0.9-1.1 ohms at 77°F (25°C). If resistance is not as specified, replace ignition coil. If resistance is as specified, substitute a known-good ignition coil. If system operates properly, replace suspect ignition coil.
