Mode Control Switch

  1. With heat mode button depressed, continuity should exist between terminals No. 1 and 4. With heat/defrost mode button depressed, continuity should exist between terminals No. 2 and 4. See Figure and Figure .
  2. With defrost mode button depressed, continuity should exist between terminals No. 3 and 4. With vent mode button depressed, continuity should exist between terminals No. 4 and 7. With heat/vent mode button depressed, continuity should exist between terminals No. 4 and 8. If continuity is not as specified, replace heater control panel.
