Cruise Control Main Switch: 3.2TL

Remove Traction Control System (TCS) and cruise control main switch from driver's switch panel. Disconnect main switch 8-pin connector. With switch in OFF position, continuity should exist between switch terminal No. 1 and terminal No. 2, and between terminal No. 4 and terminal No. 7. See Fig 1. Go to next step.
With main switch in ON position, continuity should exist between switch terminal No. 1 and terminal No. 2, and between terminal No. 4, terminal No. 5 and terminal No. 7. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If continuity is not as specified, replace TCS/cruise control main switch.
