BRAKELIGHT Switch

Disconnect brakelight switch 4-pin connector. With brake pedal depressed, continuity should exist between brakelight switch terminals No. 3 (White/Yellow wire) and No. 4 (Green/White wire). With brake pedal released, continuity should exist between brakelight switch terminals No. 1 (Light Green wire) and No. 2 (Gray wire). If continuity is not as specified, check brake pedal height. See BRAKE PEDAL HEIGHT under ADJUSTMENTS. If brake pedal height is okay, replace brakelight switch.
