DTC P0730/Flash Code 41: Shift Control System

NOTE: If other DTC are set, diagnose affected DTC first. After repairs, recheck for DTC.

Test 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th clutch pressure. See CLUTCH PRESSURE TEST in ACURA M5HA OVERHAUL article. Repair as necessary. If clutch pressures are within specifications, go to next step.
Replace shift control solenoid valve "A" and "B", and linear solenoid assembly. See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION . Clear DTC. See CLEARING FAULT CODES . After clearing DTC, go to next step.
Drive vehicle at greater than 12 MPH in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear for more than 30 seconds in "D4" position. Recheck if DTC resets. If DTC resets, replace transaxle assembly. If DTC does not reset, system is okay.
