Wipers Inoperative In Int Position

- Check wiper/washer switch. See WIPER/WASHER SWITCH TEST under COMPONENT TESTS. Check intermittent wiper relay. See INTERMITTENT WIPER RELAY TEST under COMPONENT TESTS. Check wiper motor assembly. See WIPER MOTOR TEST under COMPONENT TESTS. Ensure ground circuit (Black wire) connection between wiper/washer switch and chassis ground is clean and tight.
- Check for open, loose or disconnected terminals in Green wire between wiper/washer switch and multiplex control unit (driver's side). Check for open, loose or disconnected terminals in Blue/White wire circuit connecting multiplex control unit (driver's side) to intermittent wiper relay, VSS and wiper motor. See WIRING DIAGRAMS.
