Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove fuel rail and spacers that are located where fuel rail through-bolts enter manifold.
  2. Remove lower intake manifold nuts and through-bolts. Remove lower intake manifold from engine and cover intake openings.
  3. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
